棕刚玉简介

 

    棕刚玉俗名又称金刚砂，是用矾土、焦炭（或无烟煤）、铁屑三种原料在2000度以上的电炉中经过融化还原而制得的棕褐色人造刚玉，故为此名。棕刚玉经自磨机粉碎整形，磁选去铁，筛分成多种粒度，其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成球状，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造等，还可用于制造高级耐火材料。

棕刚玉用途

   

     棕刚玉被称作工业的牙齿，除了在耐火材料中的应用，还有以下应用范围：

 

       1、喷砂——磨料硬度适中，堆积密度高，无游离二氧化硅，比重大，韧性好，棕刚玉是理想的“环保”型喷砂材料，广泛应用于铝型材，铜型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等领域； 

 

       2、自由研磨——研磨级磨料，应用于显象管、光学玻璃、单晶硅、镜片、钟表用玻璃、水晶玻璃、玉器等领域的自由研磨，是国内普遍采用的高级研磨材料； 

 

       3、树脂磨具——磨料具有颜色合适硬度好、有韧性、合适的颗粒断面类型和刃口保持度，应用于树脂磨具，效果理想； 

 

       4、涂附磨具——磨料是砂纸、纱布等生产厂家的生产原料； 

 

       5、棕刚玉功能性填料——主要用于汽车制动件、特种轮胎、特种建筑制品等领可作为修筑高速公路路面、飞机跑道、码头、停车场、工业地坪、体育场地等耐磨材料；

 

       6、过滤介质——是磨料的新型应用领域，采用粒状磨料作过滤床的底层介质，净化饮用水或废水，是国内外新型的水过滤材料，尤其适用于有色金属选矿、石油钻井泥浆加重剂； 

 

       7、 水力切割——是以磨料作切割介质，依靠高压水力射流进行基本切割，应用于石油（天然气）管道、钢材等部件的切割，是一种新型、环保、安全的切割方式。

注意事项

 

       1、工作前必须穿戴好防护用品，不准赤裸膀臂工作。工作时不得少于两人。

 

       2、储气罐、压力表、安全阀要定期校验。储气罐两周排放一次灰尘，砂罐里的过滤器每月检查一次。

 

       3、检查通风管及喷砂机门是否密封。工作**分钟，须开动通风除尘设备，通风除尘设备失效时，禁止喷砂机工作。

 

       4、压缩空气阀要缓慢打开，气压不准**过0.8MPa。

 

       5、喷砂粒度应与工作要求相适应，一般在十至二十号之间适用，砂子应保持干燥。

 

       6、喷砂机工作时，禁止无关人员接近。清扫和调整运转部位时，应停机进行。

 

       7、不准用压缩空气吹身上灰尘或开玩笑。

 

       8、工作完后，通风除尘设备应继续运转五分钟再关闭，以排出室内灰尘，保持场地清洁。

 

       9、发生人身、设备事故，应保持现场，并报告有关部门。

7, are not allowed to use compressed air to blow dust or a joke.
8, after work, ventilation and dust removal equipment should carry on for five minutes and then shut down, in order to discharge indoor dust, keep the site clean.
9, personal and equipment accident, should maintain the scene, and report relevant departments.
